The Social Analysis report expands the report pack beyond the environmental aspects of ESG to include employee information. The report highlights key metrics for employee absences, gender distributions, activities, qualifications, and union memberships.
Use the report
The executive team can use the report to gain a clear understanding of employee turnover and better understand the distribution of employees through age, gender, and union affiliations.
HR Managers use the report for clear information about employee behaviour. You can analyse employee qualifications, unions, gender distributions, and payment amounts for individual employees.
Key performance indicators (KPIs)
The Social Analysis report includes the following KPIs and measures:
- Male Employee (%)
- Female Employee (%)
- Other Employee (%)
- Absence Hours (%)
- Employee Amount
- No. of Employees
- Employee Qualifications

The Social Analysis report uses data from the following tables in Business Central:
