This article provides a resolution for the issue that the Use Default field option isn't available for the GL Account Description field in Integration Manager together with Microsoft Dynamics GP.

Symptoms

The Use Default field option is unavailable for the GL Account Description field in Integration Manager together with Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0. This problem occurs even though Microsoft Dynamics GP lets you set a default value for the Account Description field that is based on the new Account Segment Description field information.

Resolution

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Integration Manager for Microsoft Dynamics GP.
