CRITICAL PROCESS DIED1

I deleted one of the system32 files.
I have a Microsoft account, my password is correct, my account that I am currently e-mailing you, I entered from another device.
I have a windows hello pin on my device, I also enter a pin that does not open again the system automatically starts itself back up the file I deleted stands in the Restore box, if I know that I can not log in even on the Safe Mode bios screen, I have a backup enter the password of the mail for Restore points, but my password is incorrect.

You can try some options listed here. Deleting files from \system32 may have been a fatal unrecoverable error.
