Access code is invalid.

Hi Team,

I should be doing an az-900 exam right now on the pearson vue platform, but when I try to enter the exam I get the error: "Access code is invalid. Please enter a valid access code to proceed."

At this moment I am afraid I will be without the voucher I had and the chance to take the exam.

I have been waiting in the support chat for 15 minutes without any assistance.

I will be able to send prints that prove not only the error but also the support attempt.

Could you help me please?

    MVA learning is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling / vouchers in dedicated forums here.
