Azure B2C: Phone number has bad reputation, blocking
Dear Azure-Community-Team,
Our customers encounter the same issue as the one provided in the following URLs
When they attempt to log in using their phone number, instead of receiving an SMS, they receive the following error:

}
The issue persists for multiple users from Azerbaijan using the Bakcell phone provider (+994). I have thoroughly tested using Chrome, Edge, and Firefox browsers.
The Authenticator app is not configured for our application.
Could you please help me resolve this?
