Language Studio Auto-label with GPT not working, job always fails

Hello,

I've been trying to test the auto-label with GPT function in Language Studio.

I'm following https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/language-service/custom-text-classification/how-to/use-autolabeling.

However, I always get "One or more errors occurred." and "Auto-labeling job failed".

One or more errors occurred. Corresponding activity ID: afe42222-e6c1-4eb1-9713-1d8498f3e92e.

Where can I see the reason?

Sorry for the trouble you are facing. Here are a few things you can recheck to resolve the issue:

Might this issue would be intermittent, it could be due to a temporary network or server issue. In this case, you can try again later to see if the issue has been resolved.

Try Clear browser cache and cookies and also try using a different browser.

Still if you unable to resolve the issue, I request you to raise a support request through the Azure portal.
