Hi,

We have recently deployed Windows 11 OS version 23H2 in our Prod environment. We deployed it as available for 14 days and then it will be installed forcefully.

We have created a task sequence and releasing this update in some batches.

We are getting lots of reports regarding the download is stuck at 0%.

While investigating the issue we tried to install some other app from software center. And we can install applications without any issue.

We tried while working from home(with and without VPN) or while working from off with hard network connection.

    Have we verified that the reported devices have enough disk space to download the package?

    You may also check ContentTransferManager.log on client devices to see if there any error?

    Hello,

    The SCCM client cache might be causing issues. You can clear the cache by going to Control Panel -> Configuration Manager -> Cache and deleting the temporary files.

    Review the client logs (DataTransferService.log, ContentTransferManager.log, CAS.log) on the affected machines to identify errors or issues in downloading the content.

    Logs can provide insights into whether there is a problem with the network, distribution points, or client configuration.
