    Hi,

If it is a PC, the first step would be to reinsert graphics card on another PCI slot(if it is one) and check.

If that doesn't work, try using it on another computer.

    Let us know the results.

The error code 45 happens when the computer is not able to detect the concerned device which is nVidia in your case. This is due to hardware issue. Either your card has become loose or card is not functioning. You will need to get your card checked. Most probably, you will have to take this to a laptop technician rather than doing on your own.

However, you can try following to rule out anything from Windows side.

    1. Use the Hardware & Devices Troubleshooter

Type Troubleshoot in Windows Start Search box > Click Troubleshoot > Scroll down & Click Hardware & Devices > Click Run the Troubleshooter & follow on-screen directions > Restart the computer after troubleshooting is completed

    1. Take actions related to nVidia Display Driver

Windows Key+X > Click Device Manager > Expand Display Adapter > Right click on nVidia below >

Go to the website of the driver's manufacturer or computer's manufacturer > See if some driver is released for your model and OS > If yes, download that > In previous option, click Uninstall > Install the downloaded driver > Restart your computer
