WHEA logger Hardware failure.

Question

I have a Microsoft Surface Laptop2. Oftentimes, it will crash with a blue screen. This is what I find in the logs.
All of my drivers have been updated. The surface diagnostic tool has not been able to detect anything. I am running Windows 10 Enterprise Edition. The laptop is primarily used to develop websites with Visual Studio and C#.

This is what I can glean from the logs. It is increasingly difficult for me to pursue my job, since the laptop crashes without any warning. I have had situations where I had to rewrite entire programming routines because they disappeared. My surface laptop has been replaced twice by Microsoft so far in the past. It continues to happen.

Hi,
You should be able to look at the WHEA event details and find a Process ID. Then go into Details tab of Task Manager and find the active process that reported the error. Note that if you restart the computer, all the process IDs will be different and you won't be able to find it.

Based on it has been replaced many times, I think you should contact the manufacturer to see if the physical hardware is damaged.
