I just bought this laptop today man...

I haven't dropped it. Haven't spilled anything on it..

It can only make sound on my bluetooth headphones, but I'd like for it to work without the headphones. It's really important.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

    1. May I please know the list of audio drivers installed on your computer?
    • Open the Device Manager (Click Windows + X key),
    • Expand the arrow next to Sound, video, and game controllers.

    User's image

    • If you see Realtek (R) in the lists, right-click the device and select Uninstall, then select the Attempt to remove the driver for this device check box, and then select Uninstall.
    • Once uninstalled, restart your computer and check your speakers. (Click Power> Restart)

If it still doesn't work, type msinfo and click Enter.

Post a screenshot of the resulting dialog box.
