unhide rows function not working in Excel

There is a hidden row on the spreedsheet.  The hide rows function appears to work but not the unhide rows.  Both hide and unhide columns is working.  On the spreadsheet there is  data that takes about 30 columns and 500 rows. When particular parts of the data were analyzed some of the columns were hidden and the analysis started to the right.  The analysis took many fewer columns and rows.  When the analysis was copied, one row was omitted when pasted on a new sheet.  This omitted row was at the hidden row site.

It may not be hidden but may just have a very small height. Select the rows above and below that row, then change the row height to something larger.
