Cannot convert footnotes to endnotes

I am not able to convert footnotes to endnotes -- neither individually or throughout the document. Insert > Footnote > Convert only brings up a dialog box with no clickable options. Any ideas about why this is happening?

If you select the Endnotes radio button in the Location section of that dialog and then access the Convert Notes facility, is the "Convert of footnotes to endnotes" option available?

The ¶ is called a Pilcrow and indicates the return character. Remove the return and see what happens.

    Hi Jessica,

Have you checked Default User 23's reply and see if this is caused by some character in the footnote? If there is any update, please come back and share with us.

    Regards,

    Nathan Li
