Excel/Android: Hyperlink to a Google map doesn't work

I have a spreadsheet with hyperlinks to ordinary web pages (which work fine) and to a Googal Maps browser page that doesn't work at all.

Here's the link:

https://www.google.com/maps/place/35%C2%B012'52.4%22N+80%C2%B049'15.7%22W/@35.2145556,-80.8232165,17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0xb9b5ae65fe4ae24f!8m2!3d35.2145551!4d-80.8210315

When I tap on the cell containing the link, here's what I get:

The link works just fine in my older Samsung Galaxy S9 phone running Android 10.

How do I fix this?

Tablet: Samsung Galaxy Tab S7

OS: Android 12

Default browser: Chrome

UPDATE: Fixed it.

Go to Settings>Apps>Maps>Set as default

Then turn off "Open supported links"
