Sometimes for some users, the contacts automatically deleting from their Android Phone

Hello

We start to use Microsoft Intune about a couple of months ago. We backup all contacts for users and restored to factory setting all phones and set up the phones as fully managed. After setup, we restored all contacts for users. With time, the users started to complaint that the contacts missing out. I checked the outlook contacts on the web, the contacts were there but they can not sync with the android phone. Even the sync contacts button was open. What the problem can be?
