Missing PowerPoint Themes

Hello:

I have Microsoft Office 365, with the latest updates. Included in my package I have PowerPoint. In the past, my PowerPoint came with many pre-set themes, like Madison, Atlas, Gallery, Parcel, etc. I'd share a screenshot but absolutely inexplicably that refuses to work right now, either.

Anyway. A little while ago I uploaded a custom theme from the Microsoft Office website, which I enjoy. But now all my other themes are gone! They're not in trash. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft. And I still do not have them. Weirdly, when I try to access PowerPoint online through my OneDrive, I still have the templates.

How do I get them back? I tried to look on the themes page on Office, but this did not work so please do not link me to the themes repository.

Thank you in advance for any help!

    Hi again,

Microsoft has made an "on-the-fly" fix.

Restarting your Mac should restore your Themes

Thank you for both of these replies. They may or may not work, so I recommend someone else try them if they face a similar issue. I found that when I went to the themes page, I could not access the themes by browsing, but when I searched for them by name they came up. Before I received these replies, I manually re-installed every theme and saved it as a theme through Master Slides. Thank you!

    Hi Carla,

Microsoft is aware of this problem and is working to correct it.

The fix is being tested in the beta channel build of PowerPoint. If you have a subscription and are a savvy computer user, you might try installing the beta channel build, which will correct this issue. Beta channel builds have new bug fixes being tested, new bugs, and new features that have not yet been released. Microsoft hopes beta channel users will reply with feedback about the bugs and features using the Menu Bar and choosing Help > Feedback while using the beta channel builds. Here's how to get the beta channel build:
