Office 2019 setup file won’t execute

I am a full time student at SUNY Buffalo and downloaded Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus for Windows from https://www.buffalo.edu/ubit/service-guides/software/downloading/windows-software/managing-your-software/office-2019.html. The download creates an OFFICE2019 folder that contains a setup.exe file, a UB_OFFICE2019-x64.xml file, and an Office folder. When I attempt to run setup.exe as an Administrator, a window flashes to the screen and disappears too quickly to read. Nothing gets installed.

For information, I had previously and successfully installed Office 2019 from the UB site in 2020. My computer has since broken and I need to install Office 2019 on a different computer. Thinking my attempt to install on a 2nd computer might be the issue, I looked in my Microsoft account to deactivate that installation but do not see Office 2019 listed.

I'd appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks.

If you registered the license (and you must have in order to use it), this is what you'll see on the "Services & Subscriptions" page. If you don't see it, then perhaps you/re using the wrong Microsoft account.

Did you register the original license with a Microsoft address? Log into https://account.microsoft.com/services/ with that address. Do you see the installation there?

It would be your school account, probably.

OK, thanks. Although I can't think of what other account I would have used.

I assume I must have registered the original license with my Microsoft address. I logged into https://account.microsoft.com/services/ but don't see an installation listed. The link brings me to the "Services & subscriptions" page. All I see there are advertisements for Microsoft 365 Family, Xbox game pass ultimate, and links to various free Microsoft services (office for the web, onedrive, skype, outlook.com).
