Cannot Access One drive file

Dear,

I cannot access to the file I have uploaded in my one drive. The information is shown when I click on "File". Can you please help to check what is the issue ?

    Dear,

    We got the report about your account, your office365 subscription goes violate Microsoft T&C MAYBE one of the reason below

    1. Activating Office app by illegal way (Windows or Mac or Android or iOS or iPadOS) which is linked to your OneDrive Account.

    2. uploading illegal data in to OneDrive.

    3. virus effected files in OneDrive.

    4. spamming with OneDrive links.

    5. you have use previously this type of account from another seller that the seller sold to you illegal way (so your device is triggered as fraudulent) if this is true you cant use this type of account anymore.

    However, I did not do anything that is violating the account . Can you help to check and is there any method to recover my onedrive ?

    Thanks for the reply and confirming the scenario with us.

    Based on the screenshot shared and the error message you are getting, it seems that you are having issue accessing the OneDrive My files page. Please change to another network to check the outcome.

    If the issue still persists, as you've mentioned that "From one person, he did not meet this situation.", we're afraid that issue could be related to the account or the background service which need to be checked from the backend. Please comprehend that as forum support, we may not have enough permission and resource to directly check the backend environment, more resources need to be involved in to help you further.

    In this situation, we sincerely recommend you contact your Microsoft 365 administrator, navigate to Admin Center > SharePoint admin center > More features > User Profiles > Manage User profiles > Manage Site collections owners, remove you from Primary Site Collection Administrator, Site Collection Administrators, and add back to check the outcome.

    If you cannot approach IT departments, please check if you can find other admin as per suggestions shared in How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin?

    If the issue still persists, please contact M365 admin, follow steps in this article to create a support ticket with Online Support. The support team over there has higher permission than us, they can remotely help check the situation on your side, involve more resource to collect logs and help you do troubleshoot. This would be a more efficient way in handling this case for you.

    This the the picture when i click on my file. I face the same issue when I am using different browsers.

    I am not sure about others whether they are facing the same issue, From one person , he did not meet this situation. For IT department, i can't approach them. I would like to seek your help in recover all my file in my one drive. Please let me know any other information you need to resolve this issue ASAP. Thanks

    To help you better and for the further troubleshoot, we would like to collect more detailed information you're experiencing so that we can have a further investigation:

    1. Would you please share some screenshots of "The information is shown when I click on "File"" and the issue with us for further investigation? You can use the Insert image button (as shown below) or directly copy and paste the image to your post.
    2. Will the same issue occur if you change to another network and test with different browsers and InPrivate mode?
    3. What about the other users in your organization, will they encounter a similar situation as yours?
