A web-based tool in Microsoft 365 that enables users to quickly create surveys, quizzes, polls, and feedback forms.
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Please understand that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to cover your organization domain name in the description. Please notice to hide these personal or organization information next time you post error or some information to protect personal data.
Based on your description, you're seeing **“**Your organization has not enabled Microsoft Forms for your current account.” That message typically means the tenant hasn’t allowed Forms for that specific account (or the account type can’t use Forms). A second, less common cause is signing in with a personal Microsoft account that has the same email address as your work account, which can confuse the sign‑in flow.
If you are an Office 365 Global Admin, here are some steps you can try:
1. Check and re-enable Office Hive / CollabDBService
- Sign in to Azure Portal with Global Admin privileges
- Navigate to Microsoft Entra ID > Enterprise Applications
- Remove all filters (especially "Application Type == EnterpriseApplications")
- Search for Office Hive or CollabDBService
- Select the application → go to Properties
- Ensure "Enabled for users to sign-in?" is set to Yes
- Save changes and wait 15–30 minutes for them to take effect
For reference: Turn off or turn on Microsoft Forms - Microsoft Forms Admin | Microsoft Learn
2. Refresh the user's token
- Go to Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Users > Active Users
- Select the affected user → go to Licenses and Apps > Apps
- Turn Microsoft Forms off → Save
- Turn Microsoft Forms back on → Save
- Ask the user to sign out of all devices and sign back in.
3. Clear browser cache and cookies
- Ask the user to clear all browser cache, cookies, and stored credentials
- Try accessing forms.office.com using a different browser or incognito/private mode
If all settings are correctly configured and the issue still occurs, I recommend contacting Microsoft Support for deeper investigation. To resolve this, Microsoft’s support team will need to step in. A technical support engineer can perform a remote session to investigate the situation, verify the backend configurations, and run any necessary synchronization tools to resolve the problem. If the issue requires further attention, they can escalate it to a specialized team for deeper analysis.
To get support:
- Submit a Service Request: The Global Admin should create a service request with Microsoft support to get advanced technical assistance and diagnostics. For detailed instructions on how to get support, please refer to Get support - Microsoft 365 admin.
- Call Microsoft Support: For additional assistance, use this link to find the appropriate contact number: Global Customer Service phone numbers - Microsoft Support
Please let me know if there are any updates. I'm happy to assist further whenever needed.
