security action 30 day lockout

i cannot access my computer because a 30 day security lockout when i try to cancel it they ask to verify its me by sending a pin when i request an email passcode it never sends and the phone number they have is my old number. which is the reason for the lockout in the first place because i requested my number to be changed

    If there’s no other way to receive the security verification code, then updating your information and waiting for the full 30-day security lockout is unfortunately the only option.

    There’s no way to speed up the process, even Microsoft Support cannot bypass it, so the only choice is to wait until the lockout period ends.
