Attached is a screen shot of both errors. By the way, both paths are missing on my hard drive. I have no idea what app is trying to us them. But clean boot still has both errors. I have recently updated this computer from Windows 10 pro to Windows 11 pro. Did not see this in Windows 10.
Error message Windows cannot access the specified device.
I get 2 error message when rebooting stating that Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. The two paths are:
C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\MicrosoftWindows.CrossDevice_1.25092.33.0_x64_cw5n1h...
C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\MicrosoftWindows.Client.CBS_cw5n1h2txyewy\CrossDeviceResum...
I have no idea what apps or devices to check to resolve this.

maybe there was some apps that you removed but some traces was also present in startup, try to perform a clean boot
then, restart windows and see how it goes
let me know

ps. if you can, share a screenshot of the exact error, please
