Are you referring to installing Windows 11 on unsupported hardware?

If so, it can slow down, especially if your PC has an older processor, less RAM, or uses an HDD instead of an SSD. Missing TPM or Secure Boot won’t affect speed, but older hardware might struggle with performance.
