Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

If you are the only Global Admin and don’t have any alternative verification methods set up (like backup phone or email), then the only way forward is to contact Microsoft 365 support directly https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/get-help-support?view=o365-worldwide They’ll ask you to verify your domain ownership and can help reset the MFA requirement so you can get back into your account.

Or, you can create a temporary Microsoft 365 Business trial account and use it to reach Microsoft Support directly through the admin center, that often helps you connect with the right support team faster:

I really hope this information is helpful! Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Regards,

    John J.D.

If you are struggling to authenticate via Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and are not receiving text messages on your mobile phone, here are some steps you can take:

    1. Retry Sending the Code: Attempt to receive the text message or call for authentication up to five times within 5 minutes. Sometimes, the delivery may fail due to network issues.
    2. Check Phone Number: Ensure that the phone number linked to your MFA settings is correct. You can verify this through your user account settings.
    3. Third-Party Apps: If you are using any third-party security apps, they might be blocking the verification code. Try disabling those apps temporarily and request another MFA verification code.
    4. Alternative Verification Methods: If you have set up other verification methods, select Other verification options on the sign-in page and try using a different method.
    5. Admin Assistance: Since you are the administrator, if these steps do not resolve the issue, consider resetting your MFA settings. You can do this by signing into the admin portal and following the necessary steps to manage user settings.

If you continue to experience issues, it may be necessary to open a support case for further troubleshooting.
