hyper-v re-loads window after selecting window size

Question

hyper-v re-loads window after selecting window size, when it reloads ubuntu is gone and i have a blank screen with other login options like xorg, x11rdp, ect.

how do i stop this from happeneing?

running win 10 (2004)
windows and hyper-v updated.
hyper-v is setup in the bios.
installed ubnutu 18.04.3 lts through hyper-v application options.

Hi,

As per my understanding, you are trying to resize the local VM window dynamically.
Are you using the enhanced mode or basic mode?
Could you reconnect to the VM if you close the windows and connect again?
