Anyone faced this issue before?

Something went wrong whenever I try to interact with the Sales Research Agent. I get this error after around 5 seconds, and the agent never returns a response. Other Sales agents are working correctly in the same environment.

Additional details:

  • The issue only happens with the Sales Research Agent.
  • Other agents such as Sales Qualification / Sales Close agents are available and functioning normally.
  • The agent starts processing, then fails with a generic “Something went wrong” error.
