Users that have run a specific metered software program report is blank

This issue is for the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Software Metering Report

Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Version: 1910

Details:
I find myself in a unique situation where this software metering report is showing up blank. When I click on the Value for Rule Name, I do not see any of the software that is metered. I cannot look up the Year without filing the Rule Name in. The same for the year.

Report name: Users that have run a specific metered software program

I am trying to pull usage reports for MS Visio and MS Project.

Any help will be appreciated!

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.
Have you already created any software metering rule and enable them?
The report will show all created rules whether you enabled it or not.
But only when you enable it and run the rule, the Month and Year can be optional.

All the other reports in Software Metering are working

So the report Computers that have run a specific metered software program also works fine, but does not work for users. It's really strange.
Could you help to check the Date Modified to see if any possible the report has been modified?
