Microsoft Partner Center Account Legal Info is blank and support wont help

I have submitted serveral support tickets and every single one comes back with the same message and is immedialty closed.

"The application to join the program was rejected because it failed Microsoft standards review. At this point, we are unable to provide any further Support. We are closing this ticket as restricted internally. "

How am I supposed to resolve the issue? I have no "Fix me" button I have no information other than the repeared rejections. I had a valid account until I attempted to update some information on the account and after I hit submit I got a blank page.

Would love it if someone could help as Iam in urgent need of this being resolved.

    I had the same issue. in which my legal info got blank after changes. You need to raise a support ticket on MS to review your account or bypass the verification process.

    Hi Team,

    We are facing an issue with Identity Verification in the Partner Center. It is rejected and says that the primary contact did not match. There is no other option to proceed. Can someone help me understand what primary contact is being matched against? I am not sure how to move forward on this issue.

    When I raise multiple requests to support, they either revert after days of waiting or just respond with templated answers that give no direction. I request that you please guide us to achieve this goal.
