Renewal assessment for MB 700 issues

Hi Team,

I have issues with my renewal exam for the MB 700 certification. When I start the assessment, the timer remains on 0:00 throughout my examination.

Also, when I attempt the Retake, I only get 2 questions and this time around the timer starts without any issues. Types of questions that I get for the Retake are:

Did this happen to anyone else, I wonder if my renewal exam is happening under normal parameters, as the Retake seems that it is not.
