While connecting azure communication service to whatsapp business account in meta we are getting error like this whatsapp business account not available for use.

    @NamrataMahajan Can you please share how you set up your WhatsApp Business Account with ACS?

    The error message you’re seeing “This WhatsApp Business Account is not available to use,” means that the WhatsApp Business Account you’re trying to connect to Azure Communication Services is currently not eligible for use in this context. WhatsApp Business Accounts cannot be linked to multiple platforms simultaneously. If your account is already connected to a different platform (e.g., another messaging service) using a webhook, you won't be able to connect it to ACS as well.

    Make sure that your WhatsApp Business Account is not linked to any other services and is in good standing. Also ensure that your use of the WhatsApp Business Account complies with Meta’s policies regarding account usage. If you’re unable to resolve the issue, consider reaching out to Meta’s support for further assistance.
