How to fix the issue of Winform exited with Code 9009 in Visual Studio 2022?

Hi there, I have a legacy Windows Form Application and it's almost five years old. It's working very beautifully at the time of developing this and even after some years of developing this. But now in Visual Studio 2022 it's not working as expected.

It's only gives a weird error which is "exited with Code 9009".

I also attached the screenshot of the Visual Studio 2022 output Window, so that people can understand that how it looks like.
