Microsoft .Net Framework error: Unhandled exception has occurred

*Original Title: Microsoft .Net Framework error

I keep receiving this error whenever I turn on my laptop, which I just bought two weeks ago. The error box shows that an unhandled exception has occurred. I have tried uninstalling previous .net framework updates to no avail, is there anyway to fix this .net framework error?:

See the end of this message for details on invoking

just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this

application or computer (machine.config) must have the

jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.

The application must also be compiled with debugging

enabled.

For example:

<configuration>

    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />

</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception

will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer

rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Hello Bryan,

I would like to know, have you made any recent changes to the computer prior to this issue?

Follow the methods below and check if this helps:

Method 1: I would suggest you, refer to the suggestions from Shinesh Padikkal replied on February 3, 2014

http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows8_1-system/how-to-fix-micrsoftnet-framework-error-message-in/dead8634-9eaa-4238-bcb5-e95062998fbd

Method 2: If the above suggestion did not help, start the computer in Safe mode and check if you have the same issue appearing.

Windows Startup Settings (including safe mode)

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-8/windows-startup-settings-including-safe-mode

If computer works fine in safe mode, then place the computer in clean boot state. this method will disable third party startup software and startup items.

Method 2: Set the computer in clean boot state and check.

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

Note: After you have finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual. Refer step 7 in the article.

Hope this information helps, please reply with the status of the issue for any further assistance.
