Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments

How did you send the report(through Outlook or other tools)? And what's the format of this message(HTML, RTF or TXT)? In order to further confirm your issue, please provide us with more information and relevant screenshots about it.(Notice: Please hide your personal information in the screenshot for security.)
In the point of Outlook for Windows, what's the version of your Outlook(File>office account> about Outlook), please first ensure that you have updated to the latest version of outlook.
In general, incorrect message format or encoding/language settings may cause abnormal displaying issue in Outlook message, it's recommended to check your message format and change the encoding like below to check if the issue has any difference after that(Actions>Other Actions>Encoding>UTF-8)
