Authenticator App 2FA Codes Not Recognized

There are issues with websites not recognizing 2FA codes from the Microsoft Authenticator App. After scanning the QR code and setting up the account, the app displays a 6-digit code that updates every 30 seconds. However, inputting this code into the website does not result in recognition. Multiple attempts have been made on different websites without success.
