We cannot download Azure DevOps

Question

Azure DevOpsを購入しましたが、ダウンロードできずに困っています。
ユーザー登録が個人ではなくグループのメーリングリストアカウント (******@jrs.co.jp)で行われたのですが、当該アカウントでサインインしようとすると

ユーザー登録は個人アカウントで行わなければならないのでしょうか?

It appears that you are experiencing issues signing in to Azure DevOps with a group mailing list account. Azure DevOps supports two types of identities for sign-in: Microsoft Personal accounts and Microsoft Entra accounts. If your organization is connected to a Microsoft Entra tenant, you can only sign in with a Microsoft Entra account, which should be a member or a B2B guest.

If you are getting an error stating that the username may be incorrect, it could be due to the following reasons:

1. The mailing list account is not recognized as a valid Microsoft account.
2. You may need to sign in with a personal Microsoft account instead of a group account.

To resolve this issue, you should check with your Azure DevOps administrator to confirm whether your identity is listed in the user list and whether it has the correct permissions. If the account is indeed a group account, it may not be suitable for signing in directly to Azure DevOps.

If you need to use Azure DevOps, consider registering with a personal account or ensuring that the group account is set up correctly in the Microsoft Entra tenant.

Azure DevOps は 2 つのサービスを提供しています。1 つは Azure DevOps ポータルで、DevOps、ボード、パイプライン、リポジトリ、テスト計画、成果物、ユーザー、グループなどを管理できます。もう 1 つは Azure DevOps サーバーです。

Azure DevOps ポータルにログインするには、ユーザーを追加した組織名を探し、dev.azure.com/<your-organization-name> という URL でサインインしてみてください。組織を最初から設定する場合は、aex.dev.azure.com にログインし、ユーザーアカウントで組織を設定してください。

dev.azure.com/<your-organization-name> にアクセスするには、Azure DevOps の組織とプロジェクトにユーザーを追加する必要があります。
