Service Update 21111 for Microsoft Dataverse 365 9.2.0 is now available. This article describes the hotfixes and updates that are included in Service Update 21111.

Repaired Functionality

The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • When selecting the "check access" option for an account entity within the Sales Hub, the accessibility screen reader announced the "User Lookup" combo box as an "access checker" instead of a "user lookup."
  • When selecting the menu command option in the Customer Service Hub, the JAWS screen reader announced the same description, "Menu Commands menu," in both the Dashboard and Command bar.
  • When using a filter within a contact entity, the JAWS screen reader announced the value control as "Edit - Type and text" and did not announce the available control options.
  • When selecting a search menu item in the Customer Service Hub, the JAWS screen reader did not apply focus to the menu items and the arrow keys were unresponsive.

Platform Services

  • When using the "Check Access" option while the text spacing extension was enabled in the Customer Service Hub, the "user lookup" label was truncated.

Solutions

  • When cancelling or resolving a case entity in the Customer Service Hub, the remaining entitlement terms were not updated in Entitlement channel grid.
  • When modifying work hours using a custom repeat section, the modifications were not reflected in the Field Service app.*

Unified Interface

  • When modifying a chart, the directional arrow buttons in the chart legend were inaccessible.
  • When modifying a chart in an opportunity entity, the directional arrows in the chart legend were displayed above the command bar flyout when the command bar flyout was expanded.
  • When viewing a legacy grid, the header and footer within the grid page was not visible until the page was scrolled.*
  • The System Setting dialog box was unresponsive when modifying session timeout settings for an organization.*
  • Failures occurred when loading grids within an environment while using Internet Explorer 11.*
  • Right-click context menu items, such as, “Open in New Tab” and “Open in New Window,” were not displayed within the legacy grid.
  • Within a Business Process Flow, on stage buttons did not show display names consistently.
  • On Android, when setting a custom time within an activity appointment, the cursor would move to the front of the input field, causing time to be entered in the incorrect order.
  • Attachment icons on the timeline wall did not match the attachment type.
  • When creating a new record within a grid and selecting to pop out the record, pre-filled fields were not populated.
  • When performing a search using column filter conditions, the search results did not contain the appropriate records.
  • Newly created opportunities were not opened when selecting the “Your changes were saved. View Record” toast notification.*
  • When viewing a record list that contained more than 25 records, within the Advanced Lookup menu, only some new records would display when scrolling.*
  • When viewing the Segment members column in the Marketing section of the D365 app, the column contained a black space instead of the member count.*
  • When adding a new contact to the "Primary Account" field in the "Create Account" dialog box, focus was not applied to the "Create Contact" dialog.
  • When modifying a chart, a portion of the right directional arrow in the chart legend was not visible.

  • An error occurred when publishing a model driven app within a custom page.
  • An error and timeouts occurred when emails tracked in queued mailboxes attempted to synchronize with Exchange mailboxes.*

Solutions

  • An error occurred when creating new resource group in the Customer Service Hub.

Unified Interface

  • An error had occurred when attempting to change the date format on a column filter.
  • An error occurred when two opportunity records within a business process flow contained the same name, and the the Duplicate Detection check dialog was not present.
  • An error occurred when filtering a column and selecting an item withing any entity.
  • An error occurred when utilizing offline data to connect to the Field Service mobile app.*
  • An error occurred when upgrading an organization from CDSLite to CDS Standard.*
