Business value
Copilot for Sales integrates with Dynamics 365 and Salesforce CRM platforms. However, sales involve more than just CRMs. Customers often use extra applications for account planning, customer insights, quoting, e-signatures, and more. When you enable this feature, as a Copilot for Sales admin, you enable connector plugins in Microsoft Copilot Studio for use in Copilot for Sales when connecting to specific CRMs.

As a Copilot for Sales admin, use Microsoft Copilot Studio to:
- Enable in-house or third-party connector plugins for users of Copilot for Sales when connecting to specific CRMs.
- Disable connector plugins that you already enabled.
