I understand that you're having issues with opening Windows Security.

- Have you made any changes on the PC that might cause the issue?
- Are you using a Windows device, a mobile phone or a Mac device?
- What troubleshooting steps have you done so far to fix the issue?
As of the moment, I recommend running a PowerShell command to re-register the Windows Security app on your device. Click on your Start menu, type Windows PowerShell (Admin) then right-click on it and select "Run as administrator".
Once opened, copy and paste these commands one at a time and hit on Enter:
Add-AppxPackage -Register -DisableDevelopmentMode "C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.Windows.SecHealthUI_cw5n12txyewy\AppXManifest.xml"
Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage
Restart your device and see if it helped.
