Cost: How do you charge your service (hour, participants, special services)?
If you want to schedule Teams live event, these licenses should be assigned:
A Microsoft or Office 365 Enterprise E1,E3, or E5 license or an Office 365 Education A3 or A5 license.
A Microsoft Teams license. - this is included in the licenses above.
A Microsoft Stream license - is required if you are planning to share the content to an external app or device; see Microsoft Stream licensing.

Participants: How many participants can your platform facilitate?
The audience maximum limit of Teams live event is 10,000 attendees.

Branding: Can we brand the background of every participants screen (with logos etc.) centrally (without asking the participant to do something)?
This feature seems not supported in Teams live event, but you can use custom background in Teams meeting.
Management: Can the platform be centrally managed e.g.turn on & off someone’s speaker or camera and work efficiently an event’s flow (quickly changing plans of speakers, presentation, video etc.)?

User friendly: Is the platform easy to install and use?
If you are Teams live event organizer, you should meet the first answer’s license requirements and install Teams client in your device.
Recording: Is there ability to record an event?
Yes! Recording will be stored in the Microsoft Stream.
Interaction: What are your special features of interaction and how do you apply them? E.g. If someone wants to ask a question, how does he/she notify the coordinator? Can he ask something by speaking or typing?

Operation: How many windows can someone have in his/hers screen? For example if we are working a corporate event with 1 speaker (with a presentation) and 100 attendees and I am attending from distance, what will I see in my screen?
You can only see the presenter’s screen from your view.
