Azure Solution Architect Certifcate not generated even afer passing Az104&Az305

Hi All,

I have passed both Az104&Az305 exams to earn Azure Solution Architect Certifcate but its not generated yet. I reviewed through all documentation of Microsoft I have all required prerequisites and exams completed. Please help asap
