I could not attend Microsoft Ignite but can I still get the free exam if I complete one of collections?

All participants of Microsoft Ignite who complete at least one collection in the Microsoft Ignite Cloud Skills Challenge are eligible for a free certification exam, subject to Terms and Conditions, to help you continue skilling up and prove your technical expertise to employers and peers.

Terms and Conditions:

This exam offer is available to eligible individuals who attend Microsoft Ignite and complete one collection in the Microsoft Ignite Cloud Skills Challenge.

So in other words, I'm afraid you will not be eligible for a free exam.
