#1 I would immediately contact Azure Support:

They may have the ability to recover the resource.
#2 I would be changing my password/enabling MFA for the account.
Set up multifactor authentication for Microsoft 365
I would check your account's audit logs in Microsoft Entra ID and and the resource groups logs to see if you can spot this being a malicious delete by someone else.
