Windows server 2022 Mouse Lag

Question

Hello , i just installed a new windows server 2022 on my new Lenovo SRX650 V2 server.

I found a problem that when my mouse cursor slip over some graph (like Edge brower's tab and the news block below) , i can see the mouse lag .

I want to know what method can i fix this problem, thank you very much.

p.s 1 : my OS has updated to latest version by windows update , and the hpe server firmware has upgrade to the latest version too.

p.s 2 : the driver of mouse and graphic card has update to the latest version.
