Send email based on the value of a cell

Question

good day,

I'm struggling because I have an Excel, with 10 email addresses and, next to each email it, a value.

I would like excel automatically send an email when the value next to the email address is 2.

I was reading on internet and everybody is using this template, but unfortunately as you can see, it's not working anymore.

so I was trying to create a new flow in this way:

but I don't know why I have some issues and it is not working either. above all in the function "Get a row" the "Key Value" is constantly wrong.

can somebody help me?
