Modifying multiple Microsoft forms easily

Hello,

I am managing 200 Microsoft forms for different processes in my company. They all share the same base but then branch out at some point.

I want to modify the base shared amongst the 200 forms. Is there a way to modify them all in one go? Via an API, an external app… anything?
