I purchased the Microsoft Office Home plan from Costco. On the card it offers a $25 Visa eGift Card.

The code was not supplied on the back of the card. There was only a QR. That was the only item to scratch off. There isn't a code

under the QR.

    Dear Cindy Stancil,
    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A,

Thanks for contacting us about your situations. I am sorry and understand that you do not receive Visa eGift Card after purchasing Microsoft Office Home form Costco.
The eGift card is an offer from Costco and not Microsoft, you will need to contact Costco regarding this reward.
You could consider contacting Costco by email, or customer service page.

Please let me know if you need more assistance.
    Sincerely,

Ami - Microsoft Q&A Support Specialist
