Device TPM problem

Hi Team,

Please get i get your assistance on the below error . It keeps making sign into my account after every 1 or few minutes and its becoming frustrating .

I have performed the below steps :

  1. Restarted the device
  2. Cleared TPM
  3. Checked device manager and the TPM driver was working coreectlt - it said ready for use
  4. Checked BIO/ UEFI settinsg and everything was enabled correctly for TPM
  5. Updated TPM and bios on the dell website
