Hi @Brandon Wiggins
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
It appears that the link you’re seeing for Advocate Health in Microsoft Teams is showing because your account is currently associated with multiple organizations. This can happen if you were previously invited to a team or group from that organization, or if cached credentials are still present.
To remove this and ensure you only use your own account, please try the following steps:
1/ Sign out of Teams completely
- Click your profile picture in Teams and select Sign out.
- Close Teams and restart it.
2/ Clear Teams cache
Clear the cache in Teams for Windows
Method 1: Reset the app
- Type settings in the search box, and then select the Settings app from the results.
- Select Apps > Installed apps and then type Microsoft Teams in the search box.

- Locate the New Microsoft Teams app from the results, select the More options button on the right, and then select Advanced options.

- In the Reset section, select Reset.
- Restart Teams.
Method 2: Delete the files
- If Teams is still running, right-click the Teams icon on the taskbar, and then select Quit.

- Pressing Windows+R to open the Run dialog box.
- In the Run dialog box, enter the following path, and then select OK. %userprofile%\appdata\local\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Microsoft\MSTeams

- Delete all files and folders in the directory.
- Restart Teams.
Clear the cache in Teams for macOS
- If Teams is still running, right-click the Teams icon in the dock, and then select Quit or press Command+Q.
- In the Finder, open the /Applications/Utilities folder, and then double-click Terminal.
- Enter the following commands, and press Return after each command:
- rm -rf ~/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.com.microsoft.teams rm -rf ~/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.teams2
- Restart Teams.
3/ Check your account associations
4/ Sign back in
- Restart Teams and sign in with your correct Microsoft account credentials.
