What do you mean by "compatible"?
If you mean "can I deploy AzS Hub on top of my Nutanix infra", then the answer is basically "no", AzS Hub comes as a fully packaged solution from an OEM Manufacturer (HPE, Dell, Lenovo...), you can't simply install it on top of your existing hardware.
