Hi,
Do you have proxy or any firewall that could be breaking the connection to the Azure STorage Explorer? Please check all the ports and URLs should be allowed as per the requirements and also check this troubleshooting guide - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/azure/azure-storage/storage-explorer-troubleshooting?tabs=Windows
Also check the Access keys if they are expired or invalid? Try with the new set of Keys in the Explorer.
