Unable to Access Microsoft Authenticator After Getting New Phone – Stuck in Login Loop
Hi,
I recently upgraded to a new phone but didn’t have my Authenticator app backed up. I have all the admin login details for my business, but I'm unable to log in because the Authenticator app keeps looping, asking me to enter an access code for a device I no longer have access to.
There’s no prompt for additional options, and I’d like to reset the Authenticator app so I can add my account again on my new device. I’ve attached screenshots showing the issue—each time I try to sign in, it eventually loops back to asking for a code. When I select “Can’t use Microsoft Authenticator app right now,” it still brings me back to the same loop.
Could someone advise on how to reset the Authenticator app or regain access to my account without the old device?
