Having problems adding accounts with Outlook 2024

On my new computer running Outlook 2024 will not let me add imap accounts. Comes back with error msg stating either password wrong or server not responding. This is for servers that host my personal account.

BTW, on my old computer with Outlook 2024, all my account work and load into one inbox.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for any help or ideas.

    Steven succeeded signing into Outlook by using app password provided by third-party email service provider (as IMAP connection type).


    According to this issue, may I know if you have checked the response from Q&A Assist (the AI prompt) above? How many troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
    Please help me to check if your username/password is correct by trying to login first via the webmail.

    When setting up the account in Outlook 2024, did you try to create new Outlook profile and then sign-in via this user interface:
